I have been having some trouble with the something lately in my little "indian" garden... I think i found the culprit Here is one of the pumpkin plants... I don't know if it's far enough along to be much good this year but I got one pumpkin that's about halfway there. Might get a pie out of it .

I like your thinking... As my grandpa always says... You can grow steak in your garden if you want to

Here are the garden thieves at my garden. They are right beside my tomatoes. I just happened to be taking a picture of some leaves for tree identification when I spotted these two and snapped their picture.
I like your solution to garden thieves Sid. I may have some rabbit stew available if anyone would be interested in stopping by for some.

It would be fun to get together for a wild game dinner. I don't see that happening since distance prevents it but it would be fun.

Yea that would be fun. Maybe since time I'm in Holmes county I'll see If we could meet halfway somewhere.
Maybe stop by the Der Dutchman in Berlin if you're up for some pie and coffee.

I come to Holmes county once in a while. Next time my wife and I come down I'll message and let you know we are going to be in the area. Maybe we can get together.

Looks like I've got squash vine borers in my pumpkins... they've seriously damaged one plant (probably killed it) and caused minor damage to others. I sprayed some neem oil insecticide on them so maybe that will help.
The plant they've damaged is actually the largest one, with about 5 pumpkins on it.
I'm thinking about trying to graft it to another nearby plant that has less fruit and see if that saves it. What do you guys think?
