What do you all think about the stand off out in Nevada between the rancher and BLM? I think the BLM was completely overstepping and abusing their power. I am glad they backed down but I doubt if this is the end of it all.

In my opinion, the rancher was in the right. Nowhere in the US constitution, article one, section eight, does it say congress has the power to establish an agency to regulate and tax the use of grazing lands...
So, by default, state law rules according to the tenth amendment.
I really think we need to watch the situation, as I have seen reports that the BLM is massing more equipment and personnel near the area... We have to be really careful.
We came close to having a war over there. There were militia snipers on the overpass near the BLM compound, watching the BLM, prepared to fire on them should force be used against the protesters. We really came close.

If obummer had his way and our gun rights had been taken away it would have turned out different. There would have been nothing anyone could do about it.

Exactly man...
It's not over yet... I saw reports of swat teams massing in the neighboring city...
It's a bad deal out there, but it's about time we just rid this country of our current government.
Our constitution is designed to prevent exactly the government we have now...
I can't hardly stand it anymore...

Thanks Matt. That was a good video. I hope and pray that these people responsible will be brought to justice.
