That is good she stood up!
We need to let everyone know that we will not be pushed around. We don't appreciate it anymore than a liberal would appreciate being targeted by the IRS and sooner or later when there are actual Americans running the country, these people in the IRS are going to pay for this. I think some serious prison sentences are in order.

I totally agree. I think the problem is much deeper than the IRS. They not doubt received their orders from higher up. Just because a man or a woman has a high position (such as president of the USA) why can they get away with criminal acts? and trampling underfoot the constitution? It seems like no body is holding them accountable. Are there any true Statesmen today? Is there anyone in office who really cares about the USA and our constitution? Or are their positions and bank accounts always more important to them? It seems like people have no conscience anymore. They can be rotten to the core and nobody seems to care.

Although I hate being around liars I will probably go into politics (state level most likely) someday if people decide to vote that way. I think the best way for us to fix the problem is to make it basically impossible for the federal government to enforce bad laws by making it illegal to enforce them. Idaho, for example, has made it a felony to enforce federal gun laws. So you can buy or sell guns over there and you don't have to go through an FFL, or fill out a form 4473, and if an ATF agent tries to say otherwise you just call police and they arrest him.
Someday if all the good states will basically nullify anything not in the constitution then the government will have no choice but comply. They say it's illegal for states to nullify federal laws. Federal courts say that. Isn't that like asking a criminal to be on the jury for his own trial?
I say the states go for it and if someone comes to stop them throw them in prison. As long as it's your within your powers as a state any power not given to the federal government (article one section eight US constitution) or the people (bill of rights) then the state can do it.
