I was informed that there is a new pro-gun law that is possibly coming up for a vote. It is a law that would allow law abiding residents to legally conceal carry their self-defense weapons without being forced to get a permit. If you are an Ohio resident, Please sign this petition for the law. Ohio constitutional carry

I have wanted something like that for a while. That would be great. I hope all the states will do so. It sure would help the crime rate go down. Most people would carry if they didn't have to go through all stipulations.

Thanks Justin. That would be a great law and I signed the petition. I also wish all other states would do the same thing.

I'm glad to share it! I really hope that our state will pass this law.
Most laws take away freedom, It's rare that you have a law increase personal freedom.

www.legislature.state.oh.us/bills.cfm?ID=130_HB_387I must say from the summary it looks very good. I have not been able to read the whole text yet as this is a very large bill but it looks promising. That said, I must say something about the wording. I don't know who wrote this, But why? I hate bills written in this format. I can't seem to make any sense of them. No sections, no articles. There is a reason you write bills the conventional way using sections and articles. I would say the bill looks good from the summary but I just can't make any sense of it. How do you guys see it?

It's seems to be a mostly common sense law, but one thing it does wrong is, that it keeps you from being able to transport your weapons loaded.
It's already illegal to do so, but this law backs that up.
I still think this is a law that would be good to have.
