A judge just ruled that the New York SAFE act, a extremely ill planned gun control measure, was constitutional. But he said that the safe
act's 7 round mag limit was "arbitrary" and that he disapproved of it. I guess when you are anti gun and you ban the guns, why bother banning their mag's. If our lives depended on these judges that have been issuing these rulings lately (NSA legal, SAFE act constitutional, ACA constitutional and on and on...) we would surely be government slaves, if we aren't already.

I agree. What has been happening with the gun registration lately has been ridiculous. I never thought I'd live to see this happen in our country.

I hope we can turn things around, but the least we can do is try to defend our freedom.

Rohn: planted garden yesterday - 85 tomato plants, beans, eggplant, corn, and a bunch of other stuff. Rained last night so that is good. Now if I can just keep the weeds from growing.

Rohn: Planted corn this evening and just as we finished up it began to rain. We are glad we got the planting done before the rain. Now in a couple + months we should be eating corn. Yum! Yum!

Rohn: Finished planting out corn today for a later crop. Our first planting is up and doing well but it will still be a few more weeks before we can see what it tastes like.
