I got this out of a local bulletin board for $350. which is a steel in my opinion. Its a 15rnd 9mm semi auto. They came in two calibers 9mm and 40s&w. The 9mm version was only in production for a year until it was replaced by the p95 so these are rare. The 40s&w was in for couple years longer the 9mm. I get about 2in groups @ 40 yrds with cheap brown bear ammo.

I think it looks alot like the beretta m9. It's a great gun. It has a decocker and double action (just like a revolver).

Ruger makes great guns in my opinion. I used to own a P95 9mm. I ended up trading it but often wish I had it back. One of these days I may be able to get another.

Yes Ruger is one of the rare companies that make top quality guns for a really fair price. Hey Rohn do you have any handguns currently?

Yes Justin. I have a couple of Rugers: Security Six .357 - This gun I bought the day I turned 21. I knew the gun shop owner and he let me start paying on it when I was 19 and I paid it off on my 21st birthday. Single Six New model .22 LR & .22 Mag. I also picked this gun up about the same time I bought the Security Six. They are both fine guns and I have had them for many years. I also have a few more handguns that I will probably mention as time goes on. I just don't want to mention all of the at once since that would break all the suspense of future posts.

I have always enjoyed shooting handguns a bunch. My grandpa has a super six 22lr/mag also. Those are fun and accurate too. I have never shot a 357 though. If I get revolver (which i will) I will look into the Ruger gp100 or the Smith & Wesson 29.

The GP 100 was made to replace the Security Six, which Ruger no longer makes. I think the GP 100 is a great choice, although I have never had one.

Hey Rohn I saw how your signature at the bottom said you make gun holsters. I would be interested in seeing some of those sometime.

Hey Rohn I saw how your signature at the bottom said you make gun holsters. I would be interested in seeing some of those sometime. I'd love to show you some pictures. I don't see a "For Sale" section on this site but maybe I'll post some pictures in a new thread in a day or so. You can also PM me with contact information (email) and I'll send you some pics.

Getting back on topic, I would recommend this gun to anybody who sees one. They are invincible, you can't make em jam. They are great for anything you can use them for.

Yes, Ruger makes a great gun. I carried my P95 every day for several years. Loved it.

Yeah they are supposed to be good conceal carry guns because of the double-action. Also they are fairly short.
