Tell me what you think. Would you say the system that the democrats (actually, try socialists) have set up for the Affordable Care Act violates the fifth amendment? Now, I know what you say, it breaks so many other laws and definitions it is insane, but just to single one extreme violation, under the Affordable Care Act, you must either get insurance by the new year or pay the fine. So, this is my question, if you can't find a policy you like in less than two months, when you eventually do find a insurer you want to use and go to register to that, you incriminate yourself by showing that you didn't have insurance by the deadline.
Lets say there is a man named "Dave". Dave buys insurance in august next year. He then goes and registered so he doesn't have to pay the $____ (Whatever it is in this case) a year fine. So when he goes in, they realize he has been without insurance "illegally" for 8 months. So he has committed a crime. Is that how our country was meant to be? Like the saying goes, "No good deed goes unpunished." I guess.

I think this Affordable Health Care Act is only a vehicle to take America into a Socialist run government. It will soon be where everyone depends on the Government and will soon be taken over by a dictator. There may be a civil war of sorts. Unless we get this thing done away with we will loose our freedom and anything that being an American has meant in the past. As far it being in violation of the fifth amendment, that is food for thought but I doubt that would stand in court.
Too bad we didn't have enough true Americans in congress to vote this horrible law down in the first place.

I got another email from my Rep: And now the prices aren't even correct? In fact, CBS News reports that if you sign up for health care on the ObamaCare website you could end up paying double what you thought you would pay. Every day I'm more convinced that refusing to vote for any legislation that funded ObamaCare was the right thing to do. Please watch this video from CBS to learn more.HealthCare.gov pricing feature can be off the mark

I don't get the fact that the Supreme Court didn't kill this the first day it had the chance, but the thing is the people that Barrack Obama has on the court want to abolish the constitution. So we are where we are. But the tables will turn. It is not possible to be a dictator in this country. That is, if People do what there free mind dictates them to do. The day the government believe's that we are better off slaves will be the day of their unavoidable demise. And that day is frighteningly close.

Yes this law is terrible. What really bugs me is that you HAVE TO buy health insurance or else you will be fined and/or imprisoned. When I first heard this I couldn't believe it. I didn't think the government could force you to buy anything. But Apparently they can. We need to rid our government of Obama and all the democrats who support his radical agenda soon, or else we are going to end up being the united socialist states of america in stead of the united states of america.
