Has anyone else been having 50 degree temperatures at night? We most certainly have, I was thinking it must be Obama's worst nightmare. No global warming, no hope for getting rid of coal factories. I just think it funny that as soon as Obama tries to say how we are destroying the planet and there is no hope unless we get rid of petroleum, the temperature reads 74 degrees on the 29 of July. It must suck to be Obama on days like this.

Pretty much the same here. It was 54 when I got up. Not too good for the watermelon. Kinda scary.

I don't know why so many people want it to be true. But they do anyhow. I can just picture them in a couple of months, it will be pouring down snow and they will all be out side the white house with "end global warming" signs.

I think people want to believe in global warming because they don't want to believe in God. The God who made this world is big enough to take care of it as he has been doing for thousands of years. Global warming is a scare that the government likes to put on people so that they can have more control. Just like many other things that have come and gone.
Remember a few years when they said that "bird flu" was coming and there was no way to stop it? Had a bunch of people worried, but I don't know of anyone who contacted "bird flu."
Remember when the year 2000 rolled around? What a fear people had that their computers would shut down. Why even computers in cars were supposed to be effected and it was going to shut everything down. There wouldn't be any food or electricity or water etc. We were going to be like we were back in the 18th century. And guess what nothing happened as the New Year came rolling in.
What scares me more than anything that has ever happened in my lifetime is who we have in the White House and the politicians that are in office. Our country is in bad shape and we are going down a slippery slope fast. We need to pray like we never prayed before.

We sure do. It really sucks how many people ignore the facts and don't want to here them. To me truth is the ultimate goal for a country. Because even if you screw up, you will still have the confidence of your people if you own up.

I agree Rohn.
People these days just aren't smart enough to realize this either.
