I noticed something very interesting while looking through the assault weapons bill on that idiot feinstein's website. The assault weapons bill from what I see is non repealable if I am correct. Here is the link. Find section 7 on the very last page, NO. 122. www.feinstein.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/files/serve/?File_id=9a9270d5-ce4d-49fb-9b2f-69e69f517fb4 Is that what you guys see? I believe that about any legislation is repealable by executive order, But we all know that couldn't happen. |

Wow  there's a-lot of reading you got to do If you want to understand that. Yeah in the last paragraph it appears like you can't repeal the law. |

You would need a lawyer because the way they write the bills are so self contradicting and stupid it is crazy. They will take out quite a few good guns if they do pass this law, and I just hope it has the exact oppisite effect they want, I hope hundreds of thousands of people will buy "assault weapons". Because why else did they mention those other guns? Mostly so they could say "Oh well we didn't ban any popular guns, like the remington ___ Or the winchester ___'. But also something else. Legislation is always easier to change than it is to pass. So they just move a couple things around and then all those guns will be illegal.
